Workshop comprises: 1 full day face to face delivery (client site) or 2 half day sessions (virtual delivery). Workshop Overview Transitioning into an organisation as an entry talent employee can be daunting, by providing navigation maps to help entry talent explore and engage with the wider organisation in all it's differing areas can provide the crucial sense of belonging and inclusion that increases both retention and personal growth. In this high-energy workshop we explore the internal networking grapevine and how it can be used to enhance learning, support personal development and enhance comprehension of the organisation's value-ecosystem and how your entry talent can plug into it. We will also explore how active engagement within employee networks promotes diversity of thought and reduces siloed environments. Following this workshop, participants will: Comprehend varying methods to increase their network and the benefits of doing so. Map out their own explorative journey to engage with networks of interest or networks they are have little knowledge of. An understanding of the what, why and how of Mentor and Sponsor roles.
