Workshop comprises: 1 full day face to face delivery (client site) or 2 half day sessions (virtual delivery). Workshop Overview To be commercial is defined as 'related to buying and selling things.' Commerciality is a word that is used often within a business to describe someone's more comprehensive awareness of the organisation and industry within which they work. This workshop focuses on understanding commerciality as a concept and the practical aspects of developing this for entry talent to create a more business-focused outlook. Having a more commercial approach to their work can add a clearer sense of purpose and connection to the business goals. Following this workshop, participants will: Obtain a firm understanding of what being commercial means and why it is essential. Complete a SWOT analysis on their current commerciality level and created strategies to maximise or convert this. Develop a deeper understanding of the organisation and industry. Enhance awareness of competitors and organisational comparison. Improve confidence in their ability to add commercial value to your business. Create an action plan to develop their commercial awareness continually.
