Helen is passionate about supporting people to create cultures and environments that enable every team member to achieve their potential. She has spent 20 years in the Leadership & Management arena, both managing teams and focusing on the development and growth of managers in other organisations.
She wants to continue shifting the perspective of businesses, to become people-first, starting with bridging that gap between expectations and reality.

Lọ́lá Béjidé
Lọ́lá is an Early Careers Strategist who strives to equip and empower entry level talent to be value add contributors to organisations. Prior to becoming a certified career coach, she had accumulated 18 years corporate experience as a Snr Business Manager within Investment Banking. During this time she acted as a mentor to entry level employees as well as providing informal career confident training sessions to support their transition into the corporate space.
Lọ́lá aims to support organisations create cultures of growth, development and inclusivity for all entry level employees where unique value-add contributions is not only valued but encouraged.
