About Us

The Talent Bridge Inc seeks to be the solution to close the "Bridge" between what  SME

employers expect from their Entry-level talent and the expectations that prospective

entry-level talent employees have of their first  role.

 

Expectation misdiagnosis can range from a lack of exposure to corporate navigation

(i.e. office politics), being unaware of the value eco-system of an organisation, to the

lack of diversity and inclusion within organisations  and the consequent trials

experienced.

The "Inc" addition to the Talent Bridge is 100% intentional, and we place inclusion 100% at

the heart of what we do.

Why is addressing the expectation gap crucial?

What happens when you fail to manage expectations in a relationship?

Both parties feel cheated, frustrated and ultimately, one or both parties want the

relationship to end. In this scenario, it is often the entry talent that ends the

relationship by leaving the organisation and subsequently leading to (unnecessary)

spikes in attrition.

By addressing this gap, expectations are not only managed; it provides an opportunity

for dialogue to commence surrounding expectations: should they be reset? Is there some

pre-work that needs to be done before onboarding by both employer and future employee?
